You May Request a Full Refund of the Purchase Price, within 14 days of Confirmed Delivery, For Any Reason.
However, Buyer is Responsible for the Return Shipping Cost of the Unwanted/ Damaged Item, Prior to Any Refund Being Processed.
In the Event of Damage, Due to Shipping and Handling by the Shipping Carrier, Detailed Photos of Any/All Damage(s) Claimed by Buyer, will be Required (without exception).
With the Required Photos, the Buyer will also be Required to Complete a Claim Form from the Applicable Shipping Carrier and Submit it Together as a Request for Refund from Vintage Pickers, for Processing.
Upon the Completed Claim Form being Submitted (as directed) Vintage Pickers Guarantee's the Requested Refund to be Received by the Buyer No Later than 30 Days after Receipt of All Applicable Documentation.
